To strengthen in-house training teacher team construction and enhance the company’s internal “preach, to help with” capacity, on June 7, 26th, the company organized training of trainers in TTT.
This training organised by the human resources Department of the company, from within each Department of the company’s more than 30 trainers to participate. Training of trainers within the content focuses on basic literacy and lecturers teaching skills and classroom control and other aspects. During the training, instructors through theoretical form of intensive teaching, case studies, practical exercises and other training so that participants understand as internal trainer should possess the knowledge, attitudes, capacities, trainers within the learning processes and techniques, exception handling and other skills.
Training is an important way to improve staff skills and literacy, with the rapid development of the company, improving vocational skills trainers, creating a specialized team of trainers in the company’s immediate needs. By TTT training, internal training Division found a gap, while recognizing that a trainer should possess professional knowledge, mastering a variety of training tools and techniques, and provides methodological guidance for future training.
